Exchange and Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, we will gladly take it back as your satisfaction is our priority. Unworn / Unwashed items may be returned for a full refund less shipping charges within 30 days of delivery. The refund will be given through the original method of payment after we receive the returned items.

Unworn / Unwashed item may be exchanged for another item of a different size, color or design. Please keep in mind that all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer (see below).

To receive your full refund or exchange items, please follow the procedure below:

Include a note or a packing slip with the following information:

  • The order number, the name or email address of the purchaser.
 For refunds: 
  • Please list the item(s) you are returning, and mark them as “return for refund.”

For exchanges: 

  • Please state which shirts & in which sizes you would like to receive in exchange. When exchanging for a different design also provide the name of the design.
  • ​ The address you would like your new shirts shipped to.
  • ​ Exchange shipping fees are as follows: $7.00 flat rate for all domestic exchanges. Please send cash (exact change only please, no difference can be returned), check or money order payable to “718 Chai St, Inc”, or request EXCHANGE SHIPPING FEE LINK and we will provide it to you via PayPal. Failure to send exchange fee payment will delay your return. Cash, checks and money orders in US Dollars only please.
  • ​ If the shirt was a gift, and you do not want the original purchaser notified of the exchange, write “no email” on the packing slip and we will make sure they do not get any email notifications concerning the exchange.


Please Note:

  • ​ We recommend using the US Postal Service, as we find they have the most affordable shipping rates. But you can ship it via any major carrier. 
  • We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If you received a wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective, please contact us at with your order number and details on what we messed up, and we will take care of it for you. This is done at no cost to the customer, since it is our mistake! Typically, we will send you a replacement shirt, and pay for you to send the defective / incorrect shirt back to us.
